  • Return Method: Returns must be made by mail. You are responsible for obtaining and paying for the return shipping label.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of USD 100 will apply to all returns.

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

If you are returning a product due to a defect, we may ask you to provide photo, video, and/or text documentation to verify the issue.
